Sugiono, the newly appointed Secretary-General of the Great Indonesia Movement Party (Gerindra) for the 2025–2030 term, expressed his gratitude to his predecessor, Ahmad Muzani, who held the position for 17 years. In an event held at Garuda Yaksa Padepokan, Sugiono praised Muzani’s significant contributions to the party and his role in leading Prabowo Subianto to the presidency.
Acknowledging Prof. Dr. Sufmi Dasco Ahmad, Gerindra’s Executive Chairman, for his instrumental role in the party’s growth, Sugiono also thanked all party cadres for their support and emphasized the importance of maintaining unity. He highlighted the need to strengthen the bonds of brotherhood and solidarity among the cadres to safeguard the government’s programs under President Prabowo Subianto’s leadership.
The newly announced Gerindra Central Executive Board (DPP) for the 2025–2030 period comprises Prabowo Subianto as Chairman and Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Sufmi Dasco Ahmad as Executive Chairman, Sugiono as Secretary-General, and Satrio Dimas Adityo as Treasurer-General. The party is committed to supporting the President in building a just and prosperous Indonesia for the well-being of society.
