President Prabowo Subianto attended the 2025 Indonesian Science, Technology, and Industry Convention (KSTI) held at the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB). The event, organized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology in collaboration with ITB, saw President Prabowo visiting various exhibition booths, including the “Flagship Research Products” booth from Padjadjaran University. Innovations like VR Dental Hypnosis and VR for Nurses were showcased at the event.
During the convention, President Prabowo delivered remarks in the Sabuga Hall, where he expressed his appreciation for the Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Technology, as well as other dignitaries present. The theme of KSTI 2025, “Science and Technology for Economic Growth and Equity,” aims to drive national economic transformation through research and technological innovation, aligning with the government’s vision for Golden Indonesia 2045.
The convention also highlighted exhibitions from eight national priority sectors, including energy, defense, digitalization, healthcare, food security, maritime affairs, and advanced materials and manufacturing. KSTI 2025 serves as a strategic platform to strengthen Indonesia’s foundation for future growth and development.
