President Prabowo Subianto recently had a dinner meeting with former President Joko Widodo at Bakmi Jowo Bu Citro 1 in Solo, Central Java. The two leaders were joined by Vice President Gibran Rakabuming and Aris Marsudiyanto, the Head of the Agency for Development Control and Special Investigation (BAPPISUS). The dinner was held privately, with Prabowo and Jokowi seen enjoying noodle soup while chatting. Across the table, Gibran and Aris were engaged in conversation as well. Other ministers from the Red-and-White Cabinet were also present, including Lt. Col. Teddy Indra Wijaya, Sugiono, Prasetyo Hadi, Zulkifli Hasan, Bahlil Lahadalia, Erick Thohir, Meutya Hafid, and Giring Ganesha. Aris Marsudiyanto, known for his strong support for Prabowo and his behind-the-scenes role in the political arena, shared a table with the leaders. His long-standing relationship with Prabowo dates back to their time in the Military Academy in 1992, and he has been a key figure in campaign efforts in West Java. With a final rank of Lieutenant Colonel, Aris also serves as the CEO of one of Prabowo’s companies and founded the National Movement for Love of Prabowo (GNCP). Their cordial dinner meeting is a testament to their enduring friendship and political ties.
