President Prabowo Subianto recently had a heartwarming meeting with Indonesian students in Türkiye, accompanied by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. The interaction took place during a dinner gathering, where Prabowo engaged in open dialogue with the students. He took selfies and group photos with them, displaying genuine interest in their well-being and hometowns. The students, such as Muhammad Munirudin, appreciated Prabowo’s personal inquiries about their living conditions, studies, and the challenges they face while studying in Türkiye. Munirudin, who also serves as the chairman of the Nahdlatul Ulama chapter in Türkiye, expressed how valued and supported they felt by the President. As part of the Indonesian diaspora, the students are eager to make positive contributions under Prabowo’s leadership. The meeting highlighted the strong bond between Prabowo and Erdoğan, with the Turkish President presenting Prabowo with a special souvenir—an album capturing their memorable moments together.
