Jakarta – Minister of Defense and President-elect for the period 2024-2029 Prabowo Subianto apologized to his media colleagues covering him on the second day of Idul Fitri 1445 H.
He expressed this after visiting the residence of the Vice Chairman of the Indonesian House of Representatives, who is also the Secretary-General of the Partai Gerindra Central Executive Board, Sufmi Dasco Ahmad, at his official residence on Jalan Denpasar Raya No. E3, Jakarta, Thursday (11/4).
“I apologize for everything, and Happy Eid,” he said to his media colleagues waiting for him for a doorstop.
“What did you talk about inside?” asked one journalist to Prabowo.
“It’s Eid, so I ask for forgiveness,” Prabowo replied.
Prabowo appeared wearing a long-sleeved brown batik. His arrival was welcomed directly by Dasco in front of his residence.
Previously, Prabowo visited President Jokowi at the Presidential Palace for breakfast together.
A little different on the second day, Prabowo was accompanied by his only child, Didit Hediprasetyo. Jokowi on that occasion was accompanied by the First Lady Iriana Jokowi, his son Kaesang Pangarep, and his daughter-in-law Erina Gudono.
